Jack Kelly's Tavern by the Green Restaurant at Burden Lake Country Club is a full service restaurant and bar offering a wide array of food and beverages. Tom Choquette, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, brings 20 + years of head chef experience to Burden Lake Country Club.
The Restaurant serves a full dinner menu, lunch and golf menu, tournament buffets and more. The bar offers a wide assortment of micro brews, domestic beer, wine along with a full bar. Sunday Dinner Buffet We have started our winter specials and on Sundays we are serving a Dinner Buffet from 2 pm till 6 pm. The Buffet consists of a full Salad Bar, Homemade Soup, Assorted Breads, Steamed Vegetables, Roasted Red Potatoes, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Seafood Pot Pie, Chicken Forrestiere, Murphys Batter dipped Haddock, carved Roast Beef and a variety of Desserts. The price is $14.95 for Adults and $7.95 for kids under 12. There will be live entertainment in February and March. Chris Podeswa will kick things off on February 12th from 2 pm till 6 pm. Call 674-1770 for reservations. Fall Dinner SpecialsThis Fall we will be offering Dinner Specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm till 9 pm. You will have a variety of Entrees to choose from including Broiled Haddock and Chicken Parmesan. The other Entrees will be listed week to week. Each Dinner will include our House Salad Bar with Homemade Bread as well as a side dish. The Sides are Pasta, Baked Potato, French Fries, Rice or Vegetable. The price is just $9.95. Sunday Football SpecialsSundays are for Football and we have some great specials. The Food Specials are served from 12 noon till 7 pm. We will be serving 8 cut pizzas for $6 as well as a dozen wings for $6. Chilidogs and Slyders are served for $3 each. As an added bonus we will have a free drawing for the Table of the Week. The Menu is smaller because we offer a variety of Specials. We are open Wednesday thru Sunday for Dinner and our light menu is served daily through October. The most popular item on the new menu is the 12 ounce Ribeye Steak. we cut our Steaks to order and with the 12 ounce Ribeye you get a choice of the Bleu Cheese Cream Sauce, Fried Onions, Saute Mushrooms or Blackened for just $14.95.
